Bell & Evans organic chicken is the gold standard in the poultry industry. Bell & Evans chickens are all raised without antibiotics, in low-stress, humane living conditions. Chickens are processed using 100% air chilled system which means better flavor, more tender meat and no added water or chlorine.
Texas Quail Farms sustainably produce natural quail on local farms. The unique breed was developed at Texas A&M University, and the meat has a lighter color and more appealing texture.
